“Couples are trying to find ways to make their wedding more personalized,” says Jessica from Fresh Take & Co. “For a rock-n-roll wedding we planned recently, we created custom concert tickets personalized with the couple’s information. Guests received them at Will Call and then could use their ticket to reference a concert venue-style seating chart to see where their seat was located. Ticket stubs were then taken at the door to enter the reception,” shares Jessica. Perfect for a couple of musicians or music lovers!
“For another wedding we planned, we designed the place cards to be (pre-stamped) postcards of significant places to the couple — first date, house, wedding location, etc. The guests were able to take the postcard home and have time to think of something meaningful to say to the couple and then drop it in the mail. The couple received so many more thoughtful notes rather than the basic ‘Congrats!’ messages you usually see in a day-of guest book,” says Jessica.
