How To Take Off Press On Nails
The best way to take off your press on nails is to soak them in a bowl of soapy water. This will loosen up the glue and help you avoid any damage to your nail beds. After about 10 minutes of soaking, start to wiggle the nails until they naturally pop off. (You can also use a wooden cuticle stick to make this process a little easier.) Just be sure to never rip them off — this is a surefire way to damage your nails!
If you’ve soaked your fake nails in soapy water and they’re still not budging, you may want to swap the water for acetone. However, this can be harmful to some fake nails, causing them to peel or chip — so it’s best to stick to water if you want to reuse your nails again.
