“Fou Amoureux”– French for “fools in love”– was the cheeky, romantic theme of this très charmant wedding photo shoot, and all of the fabulous pink + red must have us feeling romantic cause we are crushing hard on every last detail.
Conceived + created by a talented team of vendors in France, Fou Amoureux showcased a funky, maximalist wedding vibe that balanced romantic intimacy and bold expression so beautifully.
“We wanted to capture the intensity of love—the exhilarating embrace of two soulmates—but also the idea that love, at its most beautiful, can be a little crazy and daring,” says planner Victoire of D Day Wedding Planner Limousin.
The colors were sweet + vivid. The design + style choices were delightfully more-is-more. And there was a retro spirit to the whole thing that made for a very hip-yet-nostalgic aesthetic.
Photographer Leah Guillout captured it form behind the camera, and we can’t wait to show you!
Allons-y!
