While this may look like an elopement, it was actually a real engagement session! Fika & Doug were looking for a fun and unique session idea, so our planner Miranda found a hotel for them to stay at in Denver where we could also take photos to give them a full experience! When helping Fika with her wardrobe, our florist Valen happened to have a pearled dress in her exact size. It was meant to be- Once we decided on the outfits, Valen took her talents and designed a pastel bouquet adorned with a pearl studded pink train. The dress and bouquet then created the inspiration of "pearlfection"! During our session we were offered the opportunity to take pictures in "The Bug Theatre" by one of the nicest employees Alex. Walking in to the the theatre and seeing the stage and spotlights were a photographers (aka me- Cierra's) dream! We got to play with lighting and shadows, and create some rockin' (literally) images. If these are just their engagement photos, can you images their real wedding?! After we said our goodbyes, Fika and Doug enjoyed dinner & drinks in the town. They not only loved their photos, but they said they really loved the team who helped put together the "pearlfect" Denver engagement!
