Andi + Gregg’s Philadelphia wedding day vision was a chic and eclectic take on prom! Cue the romantic high school nostalgia!!
To pull off this wedding’s joyful prom party vibes, Andi + Gregg definitely needed the right venue. BOK was once a vocational high school opened in the 1930’s and is now home to tons of art studios and small businesses. Inside the restored historic building there are lots of spaces to hold weddings and events, and Andi + Gregg hosted their celebration on BOK’s rooftop terrace (with some stunning Philly skyline views) and had their reception in the gymnasium!
When it came to the look of the day, Andi + Gregg leaned into all sorts of bright and colorful details.“They wanted color on COLOR, wanting all their details to be bright and fun and unique like them,” remembers photographer Toni Marie. With the help of event designer and planner Madisyn from Pampas and Poppy the couple packed their ceremony and reception with lots of vibrant color-blocked florals and decorative touches.
We seriously can’t get enough of this wedding’s fun + funky vibe.

Papertini was the design mind behind this wedding’s colorful florals. The warm pinks, peaches, and yellows of Andi’s bridal bouquet are just the beginning!
Andi started off her dress hunt thinking she wanted something super simple and understated. “I told everyone I wanted a literal ‘white sheet,'” says Andi, “which was the farthest thing from the one I actually picked.” When she visited The Ivory Concept with her mom, her aunt, and her best friend she put on this off-the-shoulder long sleeve sequin beauty by Marquise Bridal and knew right away that it was the one. “I came out and felt like 1920s movie star glam. It was a done deal there and then.”
Andi’s wavy down-do and natural makeup look were created by True Beauty Marks. Snag a set of pearl hair pins to recreate Andi’s bridal hair vibe!

Our Favorite Memory From The Wedding All the love we felt as we walked down the bleachers to do our first dance <3 The afterparty on the roof of Bok Bar was so magical, too! So fun to be welcomed to the married life by random strangers on the roof who had no idea we had just partied our butts off downstairs for 7 hours straight!
