Briana and Anthony met in their college dorm while living on the same floor! They were just friends for a while (we love a good cliche 😉 ), but that all changed when they decided to go skydiving together. They fell for each other….right out of a plane!!! Their love only grew from there, from shared music to a first date at the ballet, the couple was off and running!
For their wedding at Bakers Ranch in Parrish FL, the two wanted to capture the imagination that they both share. Creativity painted the day through the whimsical wedding decor to the music festival theme at the reception (concert ticket place cards & tambourine party favors!). Their wedding day tied their love together in the dreamiest way possible and we can’t wait to share the magic with you!
These Boots are Made for Walking

This bride opted for the cutest white booties from Lulus and we are SUCH a fan!!! Bridal booties are a moment (not to mention the comfy option!)

These beautiful girls rock matching bridesmaid robes from David’s Bridal and look amazing while doing it! And can we just say this bride is GLOWING!

We love when brides add dried flowers to their hair! So pretty!!
Commotion for the Dress

Briana’s jewelry perfectly coincided with the theme of her wedding! Stars and celestial notes adorned her ears and neck! Better yet, these pieces are from her own brand Bohindie Stream!!
We always love a good pair of statement earrings!!

“I found my dress at this adorable boho styled wedding dress boutique called A & Be in Denver, Colorado. It was by the designer Wtoo by Watters. It was such a fun experience to dress shop with my mom and maid of honor! Although I tried on so many cute dresses, it made making the final decision tricky for my indecisive self. The boutique that I chose my dress from actually had me pretend to walk down the aisle with a bouquet in hand and that moment really made me tear up. Maybe that helped me decide on that winning dress!”

This groom opted for a blue suit from Hugo Boss and looks fantastic!
The First Touch

Instead of a first look, this couple opted for a first touch, which is a great way to connect with your significant other before the craziness of the day takes over!

Reading their vows prior to their ceremony was the choice B + A made all while holding the suspense during their first touch!

It's so hard to pick one moment! Our vows were truly poetic and those really took the cake in memorable moments in touching each other's hearts. We love to communicate to each other with heartfelt writing so it felt so authentic to exchange our personally written vows. We also LOVED the dancing, it was such a fun vibe.

The Celestial Ceremony

The inspiration for the day was imagination and whimsicality which are qualities that are very representative of the couple’s personalities and relationship. They wanted their special day to capture their fun-loving nature as well as their offbeat personalities!

A floral moon installation?! Yes, please! Gather & Grace really nailed the whimsical, fairytale aesthetic with the florals throughout the ceremony and reception!

Processional: You Make My Dreams Come True- Daryl Hall and John Oats & Canon in D- Johann Pachelbel
Recessional: Unwritten- Natasha Bedingfield
First Dance: Unchained Melody- Righteous Brothers

The bride shares why she was so excited to share her wedding with GWS, “We are an interracial couple (I’m Trinidadian & he’s Italian) and I think it’s great to share that to further the narrative of diversity, especially in media.”
We couldn’t agree more and are honored to share their whimsical day! :)

These two are married!!

How sweet is this! The couple couldn’t forget their fur baby of course!!

A Bold Bridesmaid Moment

WOW! These bridesmaids turned heads in their bold-colored dresses from Azazie!

This is one good-looking wedding party if we do say so ourselves!!!

The Bride and Groom

An absolute dream! We couldn’t be happier for these two!

Be Our Guest

The most beautiful crystal cake by Sugar Paste was the sweetest treat for their guests!

This couple incorporated DIY details into their celebration by handcrafting their invitations, concert ticket place cards (as seen above), and tambourine wedding favors!

Loving the pampas details!

We love a last dance just the two of you while everyone is outside waiting for your grand exit! The perfect way to end your wedding night :)

My advice for anyone planning their wedding is to stay true to what represents you as a couple and don't fret the small stuff. Little things may go wrong, actually trust me they will, but hey they make for a funny story later.

The bride recalls being a bride-to-be and scrolling on Pinterest & Insta for design ideas and we are thrilled to now share her own wedding as inspiration for others! We hope you loved this unique and whimsical wedding! Congrats to Briana and Anthony! 🎉

This wedding has me speechless. From the dried flowers in her hair to wearing her own jewelry to the crystal cake and so much more. This wedding is stunning and so beautiful. I have never seen such an amazing background for a couple, the shape of the moon with all of the beautiful flowers. This couple is so adorable, and I am so happy for them!
