It’s time for our favorite round-up of the year — the most popular real weddings featured on Green Wedding Shoes in 2021! We travel from the desert to backyards, from rooftops to national parks, from South Africa to the middle of Texas. There are stunning details and simple moments, trending fashions and the fashions that started the trends.
These are the weddings that were viewed the most, liked the most on social and had the most visits by the GWS readers. And so, without further ado, we present YOUR favorite real weddings of the year!

Honorable Mention: These Iceland Wedding Photos at an Active Volcano are UNREAL

photography: Maggie Grace Photography // location: The Fagradalsfjall Volcano, Grindavik, Iceland // planning: The Greatest Adventure Weddings & Elopements // florals: Rusted Vase Floral Co // wedding dress: Sarah Seven
Technically not an actual wedding ceremony, but we just HAD to include this one as an honorable mention! When the pandemic changed their destination wedding plans, these two pivoted for a wedding at home. But a chance to travel to Iceland — and finding their photographer friend was visiting at the same time — turned into wedding photos at the base of an active volcano! A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that made for some truly incredible memories.

Thank you so much for for amazing photos.
