From the chic modern details to the monochromatic styling and fun surprising elements (like roller skates and a candy bar!!), Olivia + Cameron’s wedding was one for the books! The bride herself is a wedding photographer so she had been dreaming of this day her whole life! Photography and aesthetics were the main focus of the day so the couple made sure to carve out almost 3 hours with their photographer Drzazga for portraits into their timeline! Tip! If you don’t have 3 hours on your wedding day for portraits, you can always schedule a day-after session for more photos – and this can take place a few weeks after the wedding, not literally the day after! :)
Engaged With Nora helped plan and decorate the entire day which took place on the rooftop at The Lantern Room with the Cleveland skyline in the background. This location was important to the couple because they met in Cleveland and wanted to celebrate the city that they love. We also know you’re going to be blown away with the florals by Merkel’s Floral Studio…just wait until you see Olivia’s bouquet! We won’t make you wait any longer…let’s dive in!
Chic and Sophisticated
Plume and Paper created a gorgeous invitation suite for the couple’s magical day!
Since Olivia is in the wedding industry, it was very important for her that the design lasts the test of time. She went with classic elements but styled them in a very modern and chic way which we just love!
Olivia found her dress at Harper + Ivory and immediately knew it was the one! The cape details replaced the need for a veil and the simple details let her bouquet and styling do all of the heavy lifting!
The bouquet of our dreams!!! 💐 Olivia’s bouquet featured a mix of roses, anthurium and orchids that gave it a modern luxe feel – no greenery here!
Okay, wedding nails!!! We love how Olivia strayed from tradition and went for this funky black-and-white manicure instead!
With hints of burgundy, this groom looks so handsome in his suit by Self-Made Couture!
This bride opted for an embellished bridal headband and it is truly stunning!!

The Rooftop Ceremony
How pristine is this ceremony space?! We love the clean white aesthetic!!

During the ceremony, both sets of parents came up to the altar to pray over the couple as a close friend performed an original song.
The ceremony concluded with a biodegradable butterfly confetti drop – a crowd favorite!
Champagne Cheers!
“We turned a wading pool into a floating floral installation, had a champagne display with edible flowers and set up a funky lounge area in front of the black and white striped mural that is featured in the space.”
Olivia had a dress change after her first dance which was her mother’s wedding dress that had been altered in a flirty mini dress complete with sparkly boots and a pair of retro sunglasses.
This dress was extremely important to Olivia as her mother was recently diagnosed with cancer and she wanted to make sure she honored her mom and the marriage that built their incredible family.
When the bride and groom strapped on their roller skates for a quick late night photo session.
Later in the evening, Olivia and Cameron had time to roll around the front courtyard on their roller skates, an activity that they frequently do on Sunday mornings after a weekend filled with work.
How cute are these two!? And how FUN are these glittery booties the bride changed into!
Think about how you want to feel on your wedding day and try to carry that through every choice you make! Don't want to be running around all day? Choose 1 photo location instead of 2-3! Want to feel surrounded by your loved ones, have them circle you on the dance floor for your first dance as a couple!
The night ended with a bumping dance floor and tons of late-night photos! If you want a wedding like Olivia and Cameron, keep the day simple, but go full out on your details! This couple got to fully enjoy their day while prioritizing the things that were most important to them! Congrats to you two!!
