Made these black bean tacos with avocado dressing this week and they might just be one of my favorite meals EVER. Pretty sure I could eat them every day. Pair them with these spicy grapefruit + jalapeño margs, and you’re golden.
You know when someone gifts you something you never realized you needed until the moment it came into your life?! That’s how I feel about this wearable weighted snuggle blanket I was just gifted. Talk about the perfect WFH winter accessory. It’s been pretty chilly lately, and I’m basically living in mine.
