The food! Such an important part of the day – at least to me it is :) With a backyard wedding you have the advantage of using whatever caterer you want! I love the idea of different food stations.
I love simple long wooden tables with one long piece of fabric down the middle and a few flower vases – so chic and rustic!
A dessert station, a drink station, so fun!
For this wedding, the couple created a Parisian cafe in their backyard (based on the bride’s time spent in Paris and her love for the movie Amelie) Love this. They had a crepe station, sweet station, cheeses, and more.
For a late night snack after some dancing, why not have the In-n-Out truck stop by! I would love to attend a wedding where this happened! You could also hire a taco truck – or Father’s Office (coming soon). They will have a truck with burgers and craft beers on tap – oh, and it will be powered by their own recycled vegetable based oil they use to make the fries!! That would be great for a casual meal.
