Today’s wedding is so pretty – the ceremony is outdoors in the woods and has a great rustic feel to it. Katie + Nick (a talented photographer also) found a lot of inspirations from weddings Nick photographed. Whenever Nick photographed something he liked, he kept in in the back of his mind for their big day. When it came time to plan their wedding, Katie + Nick had a pretty good idea of the atmosphere they wanted to create. They both loved the green, woodsy, earthy feel of the venue and most of the decor was designed around the towering oak trees + wildlife of the Oak Canyon Nature Center. Hire a wedding planner. No, hire OUR wedding planner. Nancy was unbelievable. Delegate. Delegate. Delegate. You can’t do it all. Find trustworthy people and put them in charge of things. As stressful as it is, slow down, step back, and treasure every moment. It goes by too fast.

Hello, I am interested in this venue but you can only rent it for four hours :( Did you guys go somewhere else for a reception or did you do it all in four hours? I just want lots of dancing :D Did they let you go later?
