How about a little bit of color + composition for your Wednesday morning? Today’s feature by Catalina Jean Photography + Rose Bean Events & Design embodies all that is right about summer and delivers big on wedding inspiration for couples who are hoping for a day filled with artful, geometric details, a fun and adventurous vibe, and a bold + bright color scheme. Staged within the walls of Portland’s newest event venue, Tillamook Station, a former milling building built in 1932, the shoot details are as modern + edgy as they are elegant + beautiful, so we’re sure you’ll have no issues discovering a few pinworthy ideas to think about incorporating into your own day!
What do y’all think about that stunning body chain adornment? Handcrafted from delicate sterling silver and gold filled chains by Iron Oxide, we think it’s a fun choice for the modern bride who wants to add a little edge to her elegance.
And check out these gorgeous, vibrant blooms by Blum Floral Design! Pink + yellow never looked better. We’ll also be sharing a DIY to recreate that rad geometric boutonniere (seen below) in just a bit, so be sure to check back!
Such a fun giant faux gem backdrop!
Lots of fun table ideas to steal for your next dinner party or event!
A big thanks to these talented creatives for sharing such a fun concept today!

Thank you so much GWS for the feature!
I love this! Very, very, cute wedding. I was laughing though as I went to go pin the paper folded “gems” that hung as they were to say their vows, because all I could see was The Sims and their green gem that is above their heads at all time :)
