Anna + Antonin have known each other since high school, but it was a special trip a few years after graduation where they met again and bonded during an amazing horseback riding trip in Georgia that really was the start of something special. So, for their Texas elopement they were inspired by that one day almost 3 years ago and decided to incorporate a horseback ride into their elopement! Enjoying the beauty of nature around them, they took a horseback ride together to their ceremony location and then had an intimate ceremony with close family. I love that they kept their day simple + true for the two of them – such a magical day…
Big thanks to Sarah McKenzie Photography for letting me share their story + photos!
Love her pretty boho crown? We shared a Flower Crown DIY last week on how to make one yourself! :)
The most memorable moment from our wedding day was standing next to one another and taking in our wedding plans in action; it was touching to see the people we care about standing around us and to be surrounded by such serene and raw beauty.
For those wanting to elope, I'd say have everything finalized a month in advance so that you don't have to rush through the most important day.
