Cory + Cole’s love story started in sunny Cancun, Mexico. Sparks flew when they met, both in town for spring break. And—get this—they quickly realized that they were going to college only two hours away from each other back in The States!
With a meet cute like that it only makes sense to fall totally in love rom-com style. A few years later they’d moved to Nashville together, and, after getting engaged in 2021, these two started planning a timeless, elegant wedding day worthy of their super romantic love story.
Mint Springs Farm, a gorgeous 40-acre property just outside of Nashville, is all about ‘Southern Luxury.’ The PERFECT spot for the timeless romance vibes and modern touches Cory + Cole were imagining. As an all-inclusive venue, their team collaborated with the couple on everything from planning to event design to florals!
Surrounded by about 200 friends and loved ones, Cory + Cole tied the knot and filled their celebration with old-world elegance and style as well as fun, modern twists every step of the way. Thank goodness Shelby Cook Photo was there to snap these beautiful shots!

3. Don’t worry about picking the “perfect” wedding party! Have as many or little friends in your wedding party as you want!
The Ceremony

Our Favorite Memory From The Wedding From Cory: "Most memorable moment was when the doors opened at Mint Springs Farm and we saw each other for the first time. Cole couldn't hold back his tears, which will be a memory I will cherish forever. And also doing our own personal vows!"
