Care for a treat? This one’s for the sweet tooths: fun dessert trends that are as cute as they are yummy! While we love a good cake, an extra little treat can’t hurt. With the late-night snack trend taking off, plus pushcarts, food trucks, and unique dessert offerings, we did a little digging to find some fun dessert options across the US! PS: See something that sounds good but not in your area? Many of these folks travel, so it never hurts to ask!

From waffles to soft serve to boozy ice cream, there’s something here for everyone!

For desserts that make you go “OMG how cute,” The Wild Posy will bring a pushcart or cute mobile trailer to your wedding! Offerings range from petal-dipped paletas + ice cream sandwiches to ice pops plunged in champagne, rosé, cold brew or your favorite soda! And let’s not forget the petal-topped donuts. It’s ALL cute, folks.

We found the waffle truck to your Leslie Knope. Warm waffles topped with an array of goodies, these babies are THE answer to late-night cravings after a minute on the dancefloor. If the truck isn’t in you’re area, Waffle Love can set up a chef station in Southern California, Southern + Northern Utah, and Arizona!

Cocktails with booze or ice cream with booze — Prohibition Creamery does both. Set up an ice cream bar with handcrafted boozy and non-boozy ice creams plus signature toppings. They’ll even create a custom flavor for the big day! (And those fancy cocktails? You can get a full-service bar catering, too.)

When the topping options are “unicorn horns and ears,” you know you’ve found something special. Taiyaki NYC, home to legendary fish-shaped cones + Asian-inspired ice cream treats, is rapidly growing in popularity. There are several custom options for your big day but please, whatever you do, don’t skip the unicorn horns.

It’s called Extreme Shakes, look it up. No, seriously—milkshakes topped with donuts, whipped cream, and more tasty delights are a magical wonder to behold! Just imagine the look on guests faces when they think the party is almost over and someone walks in with a tray of these babies.
