Did you see Kristen + Daemaine’s ‘Burgundy + Cream Rustic Chic Wedding in Texas’ this morning? In case you missed it, be sure to check out all the rustic goodness + then pop back here! Then you’ll know that the couple dreamt of getting married abroad… But a dreamy destination wedding just wasn’t in the cards, as many of their family members wouldn’t be able to attend a wedding that far away. However, that didn’t stop this couple from having their dream photoshoot in Barcelona! After the wedding, they decided to bring along their photographer friend, Jordan Voth, to capture some destination elopement-inspired images while they honeymooned in Spain.
Kristen tells us Daemaine + I are both photographers so we knew that wherever we went for our honeymoon was going to be an adventure. We wanted to include Jordan with us so we could take our bride/groom portraits, plus he’s a good friend of ours, so we also wanted him to have a good time with us! Win, win!
Barcelona is calling… Let’s go!
This is the Parc del Laberint d’Horta… It’s the combination of an 18th-century neoclassical garden + a 19th-century romantic garden, and is the oldest of its kind in the city of Barcelona.
How cute are they?!
The park is brimming with lush greenery + hidden staircases like this one.
So, so dreamy…
Anyone up for a Spanish holiday right about now?
Designed in 1792, this is the labyrinth from which the Parc del Laberint received its name.
Kristen absolutely stuns in her gown by Hayley Paige, don’t you think?
Can you imagine racing through these green alleys with your beloved? Just something to think about when you’re looking up potential honeymoon destinations… :)
We completely, fully, 100% understand why they wanted to have pictures like these done abroad! A huge thank you to Jordan Voth for sharing these with us!!
