Photographer Emily Tyler assembled a killer team of UK-based vendors including Hardesty Event Design and Dear Luna Florals to fill Bruisyard Hall in Suffolk with a regally romantic and eccentric modern energy for this wedding shoot full of soft-yet-bold color.
Emily Tyler began by embracing blue + orange—complementary opposites on the color wheel—as design focal points. “The end result was a real stand out shoot that sets its own trend and stops you in your tracks,” Emily says. “We’re certain that we’ll be seeing more of this colour palette going forward.”
There was a super unique gold bridal tiara. There was a delicately embroidered veil. There was colorful confetti. And we are in full fairytale love with this powder blue tiered tulle wedding gown!!

Dear Luna Florals filled the shoot with rich, warm autumnal oranges and bridal ivories, centering the entire floral design concept around one type of flower: dahlias!
“These seasonal beauties were chosen due to the availability of many different tones, shapes and heights,” says photographer Emily of all these delightful dahlias. “These are also very versatile florals meaning the addition of Delphiniums, Garden roses, Lisianthus and other blooms to enhance the ombre palette adds to the beauty while still allowing the main focal to shine.”
