If you’re ever in doubt, turn to the beauty of nature to lead the way! Fall is one of our favorite seasons, and we have a million reasons why. There’s something about the cooler weather and the gentle lull before the holidays that just feels so right. Not to mention the amazing colors of the season! Who doesn’t love the sight of orange and red leaves crunching under their boots in the fall?
Those lively colors and cozy feelings are what inspired Social Calendar Events and Jillian Nielsen Photography to create this stunning ombré styled shoot in Vancouver, Canada. A true gem of a location for fall foliage!
Floral decor by Port Moody Flowers was absolutely essential to cultivate the ultra-realistic vibe the team was going for. The Polygon gallery offered a bright white space that acted as the perfect canvas for these artists to highlight their work.
A Tonal Shift
That’s a shade of green to die for! We can’t get enough of how rich the colors on these invites by Violet Grey Creative are. It’s a true embodiment of autumn on paper.
We bet you didn’t expect to see black chairs for the ceremony setup! The chairs and extra tall candelabras at the altar add just a hit of moodiness to this otherwise colorful backdrop.
An art deco engagement ring by Luxia Jewelry brings a classic, vintage flair to this celebration of love.
Ombrécing Love
If we were asked to describe how we would envision fall as wedding reception decor – it would look a lot like this. The natural wood of the table helps everything around it pop so effortlessly. The ombré floral installation is everything we could’ve wanted and more!
The multicolored fun doesn’t just stop at the installation, either. We’ve been seeing an uptick in multicolored wedding reception decor lately, and we think the trend is here to stay.
Guest’s names were thoughtfully placed in the center of their assigned seat. Not only is it a great escort card idea for an intimate affair, but it’s also absolutely adorable!
Fanning the Flames
Instead of a traditional floral bouquet, a pampas grass fan was brought to life. Its fluffy tufts and fall-appropriate color added the perfect boho touch.
An all-black suit was the perfect fit! The design is sleek and modern with just the right amount of spice.
Sweetening the Deal
Why pick one cake when you can have three? These scrumptious desserts by My Sweet Cake Vancouver beautifully captured the autumnal tones of the day, all while offering modern and eye-catching designs.
Such a stunning indoor take on a fall wedding! Thank you so much to these talented vendors for sharing their vision with all of our readers at GWS!
