This Must Be The Place: 29 Magical Micro Wedding Venues Across The US

In the ever-evolving landscape of weddings, one trend has steadily been gaining ground: the micro wedding. Characterized by its small guest list—typically 50 people or fewer—this intimate celebration offers couples a unique and personal way to say “I do.”

In the realm of micro weddings, the choice of venue plays a pivotal role in setting the tone for the entire celebration. At Green Wedding Shoes, we’ve fallen in love with a variety of venues that cater beautifully to intimate gatherings, each offering its own unique charm. Picture exchanging vows in a cozy mountain lodge, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, or saying “I do” in a historic greenhouse, where the abundance of plants and flowers adds a magical touch to your special day.

We also adore the idea of a seaside ceremony at a private beach house, where the ocean’s soundtrack and the sand between your toes create an unforgettable ambiance. For those with a taste for the urban, a chic rooftop overlooking the city skyline can provide a breathtaking backdrop for your nuptials. These venues not only provide stunning settings for your wedding but also offer a level of intimacy and exclusivity that larger venues can’t match. Choosing a venue that resonates with your personal style and story is a key step in crafting the intimate wedding of your dreams.

These micro wedding venues are great if you plan to say ‘I do’ with 20-50 of your nearest and dearest. From Colorado to New York, here are 29 of the coolest micro wedding venues to consider for your nuptials.
