How to Make a Rosé Float

Rose Float with Blood Orange and Rosemary Recipe

Two things that come to mind for summer entertaining? Rosé and ice cream – right? Well, what if you put them together?? Let me tell you it’s SO GOOD and one of those things you are like… why didn’t I think of this sooner?! HA! Anyway, we are excited to share this EASY and yummy way to celebrate with friends this summer! Thinking these would be perfect for a bridal shower or wedding weekend brunch as well. :)

Can’t wait to enjoy these this weekend and already thinking of new ways to put a twist on it!

How to Make a Rosé Float

You’ll Need the Following:

• 1 bottle of Sparkling Rosé (we used a $6 bottle of Schloss Biebrich Sparkling Rosé from Trader Joe’s!)
• blood orange gelato (we used Talenti – available at most grocery stores) — I think this float would also be great with a strawberry, raspberry or grapefruit gelato and I plan to try a few others this summer! :)
• Fresh Rosemary

What To Do:

Add a few scoops of gelato in your glass. We used a melon scooper to get those small little balls which were perfect size. Totally up to you on amount … this is the great thing about this drink – it’s easy to make and you can customize it to your likely and will taste great either way!

Then add the Sparkling Rose to the glass. Top with a sprig of rosemary and you are good to go!
