Focusing on all things wild and free, Morgane + Ludovic’s elopement in the South of France is a bohemian DREAM! The atmosphere was inspired by that of Camargue, a laid-back city by the beach. Incorporating swaying pampas grass, tons of dried and fresh florals, along with colorful fruit, the two sweethearts said their vows and proceeded to have an intimate dinner right there on the sand.
Like we said—wild and free! The couple tells us: We have always wanted to get married near the sea. We fell in love with “Domaine La Sauvage,” how it’s completely surrounded by nature with a wild beach…just for us! Ludovic proposed at the top of “la route de crête” in the wilderness of Provence, so it made sense for us. We wanted something very special, not a traditional wedding, just like us.
Maëlys Izzo, our photographer, is a very close friend of ours and shared that an elopement might be what we were after. She knows us very well and was so right!
Let’s go—the South of France is calling!
By the Beach
Love pampas grass as much as us? Take a peek at these unique ways you can incorporate it into your big day!
The Vows
We enjoyed every minute of our day but the most memorable moment was the reading of our love letters. We laughed and cried at the same time, it was this kind of moment that we know instantly we will remember our entire life.
The Florals
From the pampas grass to the wild and ethereal bouquet, Atelier Prairies created such a dreamy look!
The Newlyweds
We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention that free-spirited dress! No surprise, it’s by the ‘Lily Jagger’ by Rue de Seine.
The Table for Two
A table set with fresh cut fruit, and ethereal sunset hues. Doesn’t this look like the perfect way to spend an evening?
Identify vendors you like and let yourself be whisked away! Our wedding designer understood perfectly what we wanted from the beginning. The bride’s style, our romantic table, the flowers…our team made our dream come alive!
By the beach, in the arms of the one you love…sounds like a DREAM to us!
Félicitations, M+L!
