We saw some stunnnning real weddings on GWS this week and you know what we truly love? A beautiful wedding with a playful prank. (Admit it, you laughed.) And how about a rainforest for your elopement backdrop? SO COOL. And to change lanes a bit, we love the idea of hosting a housewarming party — especially if you were married during lockdown. Here are some great tips if you’re inviting others into your home this season.

There are a lot of gift guides out there — ours are packed with the best finds + goodies. Check out all our holiday gift guides here!

Here are a few things our editors are loving lately:

From Jen:
The Sephora Holiday Savings event ends on Monday. Perfect time to stock up on skincare faves. If you are looking for somewhere to start in your skincare routine, I highly recommend this skincare starter set, this mask – and this is my fave everyday tinted moisturizer.

I’ve been eyeing these cozy shearling-lined Birkenstocks and just ordered them. I hope they live up to the hype!

Making this pasta this weekend – and this chicken chili next week.

From Diana:

It’s getting chilly here in Dallas and my lips are feeling the consequences. I’ve always been a huge fan of Glossier’s Balm Dotcom and I’m gonna grab myself a trio for Black Friday!

I’m also just finishing up the book The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and it’s been a GREAT read. If you wanna curl up with something dramatic and romantic without too much depressing stuff, this is one to pick up!

From Sheena:

Anthro served me up the perfect holiday ad on Insta stories. First off, this gorgeous Very Merry Cocktails recipe book is sure to not only deliver yummy drinks, but it’ll also look super cute on my kitchen counter. NEED.

And how precious are these stunning green and gold decorative homes?! Such a classy look to elevate your holiday decor. As are these lovely neutral glass ornament garlands.

From Katie:

The only thing I did this week was wait for Red (Taylor’s Version) and the short film for All Too Well! Ready to be happy, free, confused, and lonely at the same time — for the next month.

Do I have enough sweatshirts from the COVID loungewear phase? Never. I immediately added this cozy blush sweatshirt from Target to my cart last week. My plans are to do some hand-beading on it!

I snagged these garlands from Target online in hopes to hang them above my kitchen doorframe. Target has a lot of choices so shop around if you are looking for any too!

From Britt:

I love makeup sets because you can try mini sizes instead of going all in — and at major discounts, too. This new set by ILIA is inspired by dusk in the desert…aka the perfect colors. Already sold on the mascara, excited to try the other products!

There’s a lot of good TV right now, but I just started re-watching this series that brought me so much joy the first time. One perfect season set in romantic London!

Here’s a perfect fall salad. From the toppings to the dressing…omg, it has heaven. I added rotisserie chicken and made it a meal!

Have a great weekend!
