I love all the sweet details from this New Jersey Vineyard Wedding! And their ceremony right at dusk is so, so magical! A bit about the day from Kirby:
We thought about our talents, made some to-do lists, and it all just fell into place. Matt is a graphic designer, and he immediately appointed himself as the art director of the wedding. I am a special education teacher, which is one of the few jobs that can turn you into a person who has enough patience to fold, string, and detangle paper cranes for hours on end. I don’t think we realized just how personalized our wedding was going to be until we were experiencing it. It definitely feels as though it happened on its own.
Big thanks to Pat Furey for the gorgeous photos and congrats to Kirby + Matt!
The entire ceremony was absolutely incredible and we will never forget any of it. Specifically, walking down the aisle together at the end had to have been the highest point of our lives. So much happiness, relief, and joy packed into 20 steps or so.
And their lovely video by John Andrews!
The best advice we could give would be to continually remember to plan YOUR wedding versus A wedding. As long as you are putting yourselves into everything, people will realize how special and unique it is, and you will be rewarded with something magical. The best compliment we received after the wedding was "that was so Matt and Kirby!" Throw out the ideas of what is conventional or traditional (unless that's your thing) and do what is right for you. Also, never forget how much everyone else is doing for you and always thank them.

Is Matt from Austin/did he go to UT? Just wondering about the groomsmen’s hand picture! Is that a hook em horns, or a rock on?

Incredible black and white photo. Kudos to the photographer. I’m jealous haha.
Where are those amazing table runners from, I must know!?
Handmade by Matt and his dad!
I know this is kind of random, but would you be willing to sell the table runners? They are so amazing! I have been wanting to make something similar but I have just had no time! Let me know! Thanks so much!
I have to say, I love everything about this wedding. The details were wonderful and I loved how the guys all wore different ties. I love the succulent in the bouquet and really love the “who’s who” program style. Absolutely wonderful, fresh and fun!
Stunning venue! Captured beautifully by the photographer!
Such a unique wedding…amazing! Who created the programs?!
Where is the vineyard? So beautiful!
Beautiful light! Love the East Cost style.
This bride is absolutely stunning! Super pretty wedding!
Nicely shot wedding – the natural lighting throughout adds a wonderfully sensuous and earthy mood
The dark greens set off by the setting sun was what immediately caught my eye. I love the mix of the vast and rich landscape against the industrial touches and details of the wood structure and sheet metal. The ceremony looks so intimate and cozy, and I wish I could have tried a bite of that beautiful cake!
