Bre + Bryant are a super creative couple and really wanted their wedding to reflect that. Bre is also a wedding photographer, so great photography was a must for their day! Everything at their wedding was pulled together by their talented friends. The amazing venue – an exotic breeding property in Alabama with lots of animals roaming around the day of the wedding! – belonged to the grandfather of one of their groomsmen. The food was catered by friends just starting their catering business and was a huge hit with everyone. The stationery, signs, video, and even fire dancer were all friends of theirs. Bre + Bryant are pretty lucky to have such creative friends and are super thankful for everyone that helped pull off their wedding and made it that much even more meaningful. Thanks so much to Laura Leslie for the gorgeous photos and congrats to Bre + Bryant!
I would say the elk calling out during the wedding, hehe. Sometimes ceremonies can be so serious and it really helped lighten the mood which is more our style. Not to mention all the wild animals roaming the property freely. Such as buffalo, elk and watusi.
Processional: The Morning Benders ~ Excuses (and my wedding party sang the acapella when I walked down the isle)
Recessional: Grizzley Bear ~ Two Weeks
First Dance: The Flaming Lips ~ Do You Realize
The groomsmen made us a teepee they called our honeymoon suite, inside it had a bed with roses and champagne, it was really special. I also loved that most of our guest camped around us for the wedding.
Love that they had a Maypole! How fun!!
My mom spent months making wine glass chandeliers for our guest to take as gifts. It really meant so much to me that she came up with this idea and did such a stunning job. They really looked magical twinkling in the trees.
I see too many brides try to make others happy. It is really much more fulfilling to have your own personal touch on your wedding day then to letting someone like your mother or venue take over. Make it about you two and no one else, you can do whatever you want, I think couples forget that.

Wow, pretty wedding, love these pictures!
Absolutely love the DIY wine bottle chandeliers. Bre – do you or your mom have instructions on how they were made?
What a cool wedding!!! You really captured the moments well.
SJ ~ my mom dipped brown twine yarn in acetone and wrapped it twice around the bottom of the large wine bottle then set it on fire and right when the fire went out she dunked it in ice water and it would crack completely off. Then she just had a chain drop inside it and wrapped around a baby food jar which held a tea light.
Maybe I’ll do a diy photo project showing all the steps :)
Also thank you everyone for all the kind words! It really was a special day and I’m glad the details didn’t go unnoticed.

Laura literally blows me away with every wedding she shoots…..and Bre & Bryant’s wedding was designed with such detail…….there are no words….beautiful!
So cute! Love it! Is the flower balancing on top of the pole in lieu of a bouquet toss?
Love those animal masks in the dance pics. Where’d they come from?
I was there!!! This is one of my favorite websites for party planning and one day guess what…a wedding that I attended. I am a friend of the bride’s mom. Bree did a beautiful job designing her special time!!! It was the best time I ever had at a wedding too mainly because they were so relaxed!
