For the bride that loves nature, hiking on wooded trails, and exploring the mountainside — could there be a more perfect place to say your vows than in the forest? There’s something so magical about being surrounded by evergreen trees — especially in the fall and winter. There’s a stillness, a distinct beauty that cannot be found elsewhere. Inspired by this, along with the phrase, “winter is coming,” Luxe Event Productions teamed up with Hazelwood Photography, Fiore Floral Design, and Be Inspired PR to create the ultimate fall forest wedding!
Set in the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge, is a private and practically make-believe venue called Bridal Veil Lakes. The producer of this Misty of Luxe Event Productions tells us We couldn’t imagine a more perfect setting for our dark and ever so moody greenery-inspired shoot. We really wanted to capture the feeling of “winter is coming,” and to do that, we created a mix of romance and stillness. This really made the whole concept flow together with a distinct moody tone.

Dark, moody, and oh so perfect. The gold and black accents from Classic Vintage Rentals give this tablescape a luxe feeling, even in the wooded landscape.

Playing up the moody vibes, makeup artist Olivia Hawthorne + hairstylist Brittany Blanchard made the bride look like the queen of the forest. How gorgeous + sultry is this look?
Again, looking to the natural environment for inspiration, the team added a crystal crown by Howling Moon UK, for good measure.
How striking is the bride’s lace gown from Mon Amie Bridal Salon, especially when contrasted against the black bridesmaids dresses from Azazie? SO GOOD!!
