Oh how I LOVE Williams-Sonoma! If you follow me on twitter you probably know that I love to cook! One of the things I was most excited about when we bought our house, was my own kitchen. I just love to entertain and make yummy dinners for me + my hubby. :) Williams-Sonoma was one of the places we registered – that was a given for me! Not only do they have so many great things, but they also have all kinds of great specials when you set up a registry.

Williams-Sonoma was one of my “must-have” registries! My favorite item is the Le Creuset Dune-colored dutch oven. I watched Giada DeLaurentis make stews, casseroles, and so many yummy things in it and I knew I had to have one of those! If I could have registered for all my kitchen stuff there, it would have been my ultimate dream!
I have a Williams-Sonoma registry already. I’m obsessed with looking at it and imagining all of the items in my kitchen already, and thinking of all of the delicious things I want to cook for my future hubby. I just added the 9 inch Kaiser La Forme Plus Leakproof Springform Pan. Pumpkin cheesecake anyone?!

I have a Williams-Sonoma registry already. I have memories of baking cookies, cakes and pies with my Grandmother using many of the products they sell. Everytime I go into the store it is like walking back into those memories for me. So special. My top item is the Kitchenaid Mixer. I can’t wait to use it and make so many of the many recipes we baked together. My Grandmother did everything by hand so I know she would be smiling down on me watching me use the Kitchenaid baking with ease.

Mostly I am all about the BIG SHINY appliances on William Sonoma but the thing we’ll use the most, hands down, will be the 10-Peice Glass Bowl set. I grew up using my parent’s set from their wedding so I’m excited we will finally have our own!
Williams-Sonoma was the first place I registered! There is nothing more wonderful than having good cookware (a good knife, especially). The item I am most looking forward to on my registry is the 9-cup Food Processor by Cuisinart. For years I have been using this itty-bitty, bright red, hand-me-down processor. One of the items that made me gasp out loud was the Magimix Vision Toaster, which is an exclusive of W-S. (Check it out if you have a moment.) This toaster allows you to see your toast as it cooks, which I just think is too cool. I actually gasped out loud when I saw it! Haha. One of the simplest pleasures in life is having a piece of toast on a rainy fall day spread with some delicious blueberry jam made by a friend or apple butter you picked up at the farm market. It’s simple and honest. This toaster seems to compliment that simple pleasure. :)

We just got back from our honeymoon in New Zealand, where for several nights we stayed at the Clifftops Retreat near Abel-Tazman park (Amazing guesthouse, by amazing vineyards!). Clifftops had a great little espresso setup, including the Nespresso Aeroccino Plus frother. It was the easiest milk frothing I’ve ever seen… I’d say it was even fun. Just registered for it! If someone doesn’t buy this for us, I might have to go get it myself :-)

I have a dream. In this dream, meals magically cook themselves…and on a cold winter’s night, my (future) husband and I arrive home from work to find a warm healthy stew just waiting to be devoured. ahh I’d been putting off doing this ’til I had the time to really dig in there with my fiance, who lives 9 hours away in another state. :( his mom is a HUGE WS fan and got me a set of pink & green kitchen WS towels and a pink WS apron and some WS spatulas and other kitchen goodies for christmas last year (hmm… hint hint?? cook for my little (6’5″) man??) so we can turn our focus to some of the other doo-dads. He just got out of the Army; however, and was in north Africa for quite some time and actually loved the food, so I’m looking forward to getting the Bachmara Decorated Tagine to hopefully recreate some of the good things he tried while on his peace-keeping missions there.

The Glass Domed Cake Plate/Punch Bowl is like getting 2 gifts in one is and affordable for nearly every budget. Maybe it was one of the 1st things purchased of our registry!

I absolutely *Love* the Nepresso Espresso maker! I was in Williams-Sonoma the other day and they were having a demo of the item. The latte was terrific- the creamiest foam and very rich and tasty espresso. I asked about the coffee, and turns out it is all bought from organic and sustainable farms. I’ve never seen such an easy espresso maker, and the finished product is delicious! Also, the pods are super cheap too- definitely beats a $4 soy latte at Starbucks!
I forgot to mention, that my wedding registry has been created- yay!
I love the Chef’sChoice Egg Cooker. My old roommate had one and I was obsessed!

I registered at Williama-Sonoma today! It’s awesome that I found this contest too! I have SO many favorites from them, but I especially like their wicker picnic basket. I think it’s a fabulous idea to have a set of dishes already in a basket and ready for a picnic. I also love the thrill of eating on lovely plates even while sitting outdoors in less formal settings.
