We’re wrapping up this lovely Tuesday with one of the prettiest engagement sessions, captured by none-other than the lovely Caroline Tran. Laura + Rob knew they wanted their engagement session to take place outside and have a playful vibe. And it was a must that their photos capture the beautiful LA sun that makes them feel so fortunate to reside in SoCal. (We feel you, guys!) So when Laura describes, Our engagement photo session felt like we were living in a whimsical, sunny daydream, complete with our own cozy pillow bed and a giant dream catcher!, we’d say they accomplished their goal + then some! Such a pretty shoot + perfect inspiration for all of you who are planning a bohemian-style e-session! :)
Laura rocked a super pretty headpiece by Erica Elizabeth Designs!
What a cute set-up, styled by Lovely Jubilee!
And say hello to our dream dream catcher!
The sweetest! And since we’re such suckers for a good love story, let’s hear how Rob proposed!
Rob and I started dating 8 years ago when we met in our college physics class and spent the following 6 years doing long distance while we both spent countless hours studying to finish grad school and residency. After schooling, our careers led us to settle down together in Southern California in Rob’s hometown where we currently reside. This past December, while visiting my hometown in the Bay Area, Rob knew it would be the perfect opportunity to ask me to marry him. San Francisco holds a very special place in our hearts for many reasons; we had our very first date at Crissy Field during Fleet Week 8 years before and Rob felt like it was the perfect place to propose. I can’t wait to marry this stud!
Congrats you two! And best wishes for a beautiful wedding + life together! :)
