We’re *Starry-Eyed* Over this Celestial-Inspired Wedding Editorial at an Observatory!

Starry Botanical Wedding Inspiration

Twinkle, twinkle, little star… How we ADORE all that you inspire! Lately, we’ve been seeing quite the influx of celestial-inspired themes, and quite frankly, we can’t get enough! From ones that focus on the crescent moon, to others where the bride rocks a star-covered dress, each and every design detail is out of this world!

Wanting to incorporate both celestial and botanical elements, photographer Alex Gray designed today’s gorgeous editorial, which took place at Claytor Nature Center’s observatory. Complete with Spanish moss, tons of wispy air plants, and just a touch of magic, we can’t imagine anything better on this planet (too far? We know, we deserve a *gold star* for all of our *down to earth puns*.)

Ready to see all the stunning celestial details? Don’t worry, you don’t need a telescope for this one!

Want to hear a fun fact? Alex Mari Photography shares: As awesome as all of the details were, nothing can compare to the proposal that Trey surprised Nicole with at the end of the shoot! When we wrapped up, he pulled the styled ring from her hand and put it into his pocket. Nicole was so confused until Trey knelt down on one knee with a gorgeous engagement ring and asked her to spend forever with him. It was such a precious moment and made the day magical for all of us. You’re looking at a future bride and groom, folks!
