There’s something special about that late twilight of the season, as fall drifts into winter, that “golden hour” of autumn. It’s romantic, expectant of joys to come, and, come to think of it, not a bad time of year to plan a wedding! Nicole at Hey! Party Collective agrees—and she designed a stunning wedding inspiration shoot to prove it:
I was asked to produce Colorado’s WIPA (Wedding International Professionals Association) end-of-year event, and took the opportunity to really run with my ideas and style a wedding inspiration shoot around it. While November is not a very popular wedding month, we wanted to showcase how beautiful a wedding this time of year really can be in Denver. The warm colors, the sunny afternoons, the yummy convergence of fall and winter seasonal food—it’s such a great time of year to celebrate and gather.
The incredible Cassie Rosch photographed the gorgeous day at Flying Horse Ranch:
The bride + groom (a real couple!) were styled flawlessly for the season by Hannah Moon. We love this lace gown from Blue Bridal!
And how incredible is that floral mantle installation? Such a statement!
The florals by Nature’s Grace Design were the show stopper. Gorgeous rich colors, flowers and foliage were bursting everywhere. One of my favorite details was the basket installation spilling with flowers. I took the concept of a field harvest and piled baskets together to build an eye-catching display and Ria added her floral touch.
One fun touch to any fall/winter wedding? A hot drink bar!
Yonder Floral & Decor House provided the most perfect lounge pieces for the day. Warm oranges, yellows, pinks, leather, and wood made everything feel cozy and welcoming.
The bride was autumn incarnate thanks to those gorgeous red curls and makeup by Michelle Knoebel!
Bamboo Booth captured guests against an ombre leaf photo backdrop by Tangerine Room Events.
Loving the Edison bulb branch chandelier over the bar by Elite Entertainment.
Sweet Zion Paperie created some of the most stunning paper designs for this shoot. The escort card wall was such a cool collaboration – clipboards layered with a floral pattern, program, and escort tags all stacked on Tangerine Room‘s pallet wall and haloed by florals. Such a fun way to display guest information.
Sophie at Sweet Zion Paperie also created these incredible pull-tag conversation cards at each place setting. It was our take on an icebreaker, so guests could meet each other and talk about their past year as they gather in November.
The adorable favors by Kismet Crafted included autumn leaf cookies, local chocolate, matches, and peppermint-scented wood sticks.
Nothing like a dreamy portrait session at golden hour!
SO sweet, you guys.
Absolute rock stars, these two. Such beautiful inspiration from Hey! Party Collective—thanks for sharing!

Stunning couple and gorgeous wedding details! Love every image!
Awesome photos, love the color scheme. It’s also very Colorado. A friend just got married up near Estes Park in September!
