Our two full service planning and design packages are approached with top quality service, ensuring an entire weekend of cherished memories in an unforgettable destination. PREMIER PACKAGE: As event designers, it is our job to understand your vision and sense of style, then tailor an extraordinary celebration from beginning to end. Allow a ROQUE designer to cultivate an experience that integrates incredible design from floral and decor to the finest cocktails, dining experience and entertainment that not only creates, but enhances the atmosphere and complements your style. We recognize that your wedding is more than a single day, so the ROQUE team will plan up to 2 events/gatherings during your wedding week to create an unforgettable celebration. The Premier package is intended for wedding budgets at $150k. FULL SERVICE + DESIGN PACKAGE: With our detailed, easy and stress free planning process a top ROQUE designer will work with you on every detail of your wedding weekend. Experience true hospitality and the relationships that will make a true difference. Throughout tastings with chefs, consultations with photographers and musicians, your planner will offer guidance on selecting the best vendors for you. Leverage our experience and service to tackle the hundreds of little decisions you will make on linen, lighting equipment, floral and decor, while we manage venue scouting, transportation logistics, hotel blocks, deposits and invoices.

why we love weddings Born and raised in Napa Valley, our founder Raquel Bickford Oranges is passionate about bringing hospitality and high-level design to her client's weddings and events. It was apparent early on in her career that she wanted to combine her 2 passions for service + style, thus creating ROQUE Events. With over 10 years of experience and 350+ weddings and events under her belt, she knows what it takes to deliver over-the-top events that truly tap into each client's personal vision and style; never creating the same design twice. She loves utilizing her great relationships with esteemed vendors to take her clients dreams and create personalized details for them. Raquel resides in Napa with her husband and wonderful baby girl! She cannot wait until her little one explores the world of design and events with her!
our travel policy We love planning and designing destination weddings whether they are in the U.S. or somewhere exotic. New places and cultures always inspire us visually and artistically and can play a large role in your wedding design! Destination weddings, while seemingly glamorous, take a lot of experience to conduct travel, accommodations, and an overall memorable experience for your guests. Due to that, we require two ROQUE team members to attend any destination wedding meeting. In addition to our wedding planning packages, we apply travel fees and accommodations for at least two meetings with the ROQUE team at the destination chosen.
