Talk about Insta-worthy! This house is an absolute gem. Not only does this place put you steps from the ocean, but you’d feel like a celebrity staying here. It wouldn’t surprise us if mermaids were in the pool, too.
4. Unique Architecture Cave House | Oia, South Aegean, Greece
THE VIEWS! Santorini was recently voted the best place in the world for sunsets and this house gives you a great chance to enjoy them with a glass of wine in hand! The views are unparalleled – and if you’re into architecture, this is the place to be. The home was literally carved out of a cave!

This is tranquility in a box – literally. Relax, rejuvenate + unplug in this unique contemporary spot. It doesn’t get much closer to nature than this! True Norwegian countryside calmness with birds chirping, rivers flowing + trees blowing in the wind.

If you’re checking out Amsterdam, be sure to reserve a night at the Cubehouse…if only for the awesome pictures for Instagram! Aside from nearby tulip fields + windmills, you can explore the architectural wonder that is the yellow Cubehouse. It’s a fun maze we’d love to get lost in!
8. Stone Cottage in the Grounds of a 16th- Castle | Saint-Victor-la-Coste, France
Bonjour, beauty! Bonjour, intriguing history! This cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543. It’s an Airbnb stay like no other. When you’re not swimming in the gorgeous stone pool, you can observe the intricate interior decor that’s remained the same + matching its historic charm! We’d be strolling through the gardens with a glass of wine (French, obviously).
9. Il Carrubo | Ostuni, Italy
Staying in a trullo (a traditional Apulian dry stone hut with a conical roof found in the Italian region of Apulia) is a totally bucket-list stay! Jason + I stayed in one when we visited Puglia two years ago, and it is one of our most favorite stays ever! This is one of the most saved homes on airbnb and we totally get why that is! Here are a few other airbnb trullos that looked really cute – Casa Vacanza Cappelluzzo Trullo and I Sette Coni – Trullo Edera.
10. Unique Apartment in a Tower | Selfoss, Iceland
Channel a modern Icelandic farmer in this unique Airbnb! The tower was built in 1957 and was used for drying hay to feed the cows after a long, rainy summer. If you like 360 degrees of gorgeous Iceland countryside, you might want to book ASAP!
11. Geodesic Dome near World Biosphere Reserve | Quebrada de Alvarado, Chile
A biosphere?! Yes, a biosphere. We’re talking about 20 feet in diameter, surrounded by lemon, avocado, apple, olive + almond trees! It’s absolute seclusion + paradise. And, if you need a taste of the city, you’re not too far from that either :)
