Julia + Charlie choose to marry under a giant Magnolia tree – such a perfect Southern wedding! Love that Julia also choose to carry a single magnolia bloom for her bouquet. :) Julia + Charlie’s wedding was designed + crafted by the two of them with lots of help from their community. A bit about the day from Julia, “Our wedding could not have come together the way it did if our most intimate friends and family did not come together. Every joyful moment of that day happened because our community was involved from the very moment Charlie and I met. These are people who know us best. We believe you could look at any beautiful object or experience the most magical moment at our wedding and see us because you see our friends.”

It was wonderful how mentally present we were for everything, so that makes it rather difficult to say. We looked around during the middle of the ceremony: our community gathered under the lovely magnolia tree, a full moon, fireflies in the field - it took our breath away.
A friend made fourteen different cheesecakes for them! Yum. :)
Our Advice
Don't get caught up in everyone else's wedding agenda. Carve out time for just you and your love. The details you think are important months before you're wed are not as important as the moment in which you are getting married!
