How many of you caught yesterday’s fun Color Story feature, conceptualized by Rachael of lace and likes?
We’re lovin’ this feature because it really shows how to use color in an interesting way, and teaches us that sticking to a platte or vibe is the way to go. For a cohesive look, don’t pick too many hues, but you don’t have to settle on too few either. As you’ll see in Joielala’s pretty captures below, layering blush, lilacs and magentas was key in bringing this rose gold scene to life!
That ridiculously perfect bouquet is by siren floral co. We love lilac, so we’re so all about it!
For brides dreaming of a dress with a little pigment, we can’t recommend this Sarah Seven gown, via The Dress Theory, enough!
Such a rad light bulb + floral installment!
And we adore the boho look of the dress topped with a Cleobella tassel shawl.
Such a fun 4 part feature! If you didn’t see the other three set-ups yet, be sure to take a peek at yesterday’s yellow + copper vignette and stop by 100 Layer Cake for more!
Thanks Rachael + team!!

Beautiful dress and lovely flowers. But must admit I was so excited for this post! I bought a rose gold belt for my dress, and was hoping this post would inspire some creative jewelry/other accessory choices!
Awesome rose gold scene for wedding, It’s really eye opening ideas we can adopt in wedding floral decoration and suggest bride & groom too about it’s loveliness!
Lovely! We love how they use the bulbs and flowers! <3
The colorsheme is gorgeous! The attire, flowers and decoration are fantastic!
