No lie, we love this time of year. Between Bridal Fashion Week in NYC + Barcelona and new collections from some of our favorite designers, it’s an absolute dream to see all the creativity + beauty unfold in wedding fashion! A GWS favorite, Karen Willis Holmes certainly doesn’t disappoint with the 2017 sequin ready-to-wear collection. These gowns are slim-fitting, embellished, sheath gowns made to drape perfectly over the female form. Bold + modern, from long sleeves to low backs, this collection is totally runway – er, aisle! – ready.
The KWH by Karen Willis Holmes 2017 Collection will be released in Karen Willis Holmes boutiques and select stockists internationally in June, but we’ve got the details on all the gowns below!
For the art deco-loving bride:
CASSIE A slim-fitting v-neck gown with directional beading detail through the bodice and into the bias cut skirt. Featuring long beaded sleeves and a sheer high neck that delicately ties into a bow at the back neck, exposing a low cut out back.
For the not-so-subtle Greek Goddess:
ARIA All-over sequined halter-neck gown with low, exposed back featuring stunning strapping detailing. And love that beading detail running down the the sides of the gown!
For an afternoon garden wedding:
WHITNEY (right) A v-neck lattice beaded gown with exquisite floral detailing through the bodice and falling into the softly bias cut skirt.
For a rooftop ceremony at sunset:
CINDY All-over sequined halter-neck bias cut gown, featuring a detailed scalloped neckline that fastens at the back neck. The gown opens into a long, elegant keyhole at the back, finishing at the waist.
For the modern bohemian bride:
DONNA A fully-beaded bias-cut gown with a fitted bodice and delicate spaghetti straps. Exquisite banded beading design through the skirt that splays into the hem.
