Cerulean blues, indigo hues, shades of periwinkle and more… today’s dreamy sunrise-inspired wedding on Flanagan Farm in Maine BRINGS IT with all the shades of blue. Not only that, but Bridget + Ganesh brought in a caravan of Westfalia VW Vans for the bridal party to stay in, with the help of their impeccable planner + designer, Lani Toscano. What better way to throw an event that feels like a festival than by bringing in VW Vans?
The bride, Bridget, owns a boutique, so it came as no surprise to us when she rocked two incredibly gorgeous + bohemian-inspired gowns. The day was brimming with Turkish rugs, vintage furniture, and all the free-spirited accents you could ever think of. She shares with us: Desert sunrise vibes was where it was AT. We wanted to recreate our own version of a festival — a multi-day celebration with our closest family and friends… where we just happen to be getting married!

The ceremony was held in an area surrounded by colossal trees; to complement the scenery, Field Floral Studio crafted one of the prettiest floral arches we’ve ever seen!

The Outfits
Another outfit change for the bride — this time she’s rocking a Mara Hoffman gown from L’Elite Boston.
Talk about a seriously STYLISH groom! His dapper look is from Bonobos.
We’re definitely getting hints of sunrise vibes in this bouquet… café au lait dahlias, ranunculus, protea, and more!
The Groovy Reception Space
For the lounge, a Moroccan wedding blanket served as the backdrop, and then other elements from Heartwood Essentials in dusty hues were brought in… We’re big fans of the sumptuous velvet chairs from A Family Affair, as a juxtaposition to the natural setting!
A photo camper van from Maine Photo Camper + a serve yourself beer tap wall = YES!!
When florals play a big part of the day’s decor — it only makes sense to incorporate them into the invitation suite. Well done, Maria Bond Design!

Inside the barn setting, the tables were lined with peachy pink cheese cloth + rose gold tabletop pieces.

The Newlyweds
Our most memorable moment was right after the ceremony was over and the two of us were walking hand in hand. It was the culmination of almost 10 years together as a couple, and it was incredibly gratifying — we were walking on air.

Do what YOU want, and not what you feel is expected of you. In the end, you are the only two people that matter, it's so easy to get caught up in what others want or what you're "supposed" to do. Stay true to who you are as a couple and everything else will fall into place.
