I agree to the GWS submission terms below.

Authority - If I am submitting on behalf of a business or another person, I represent that I am authorized to accept these terms on their behalf, and these terms bind both me and them.
Content Ownership + Rights - I represent and warrant that I own all materials submitted, or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to grant Green Wedding Shoes the rights below, and that GWS's use of the materials will not violate, infringe, or misappropriate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person. I further warrant that all photo credits and image sources I provide are accurate and complete.
License to GWS - I grant Green Wedding Shoes a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, reproduce, edit for format, and distribute the submitted materials, with credit, across all GWS channels, including its website, newsletters, and social media, and in promotion of GWS.
Indemnification - I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Wedding Shoes, LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, settlements, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from the materials I submit or any breach of these terms. I am responsible for all royalties, fees, and other amounts owed to any person in connection with the materials.
Right of First Refusal - I grant GWS the right of first refusal to publish this wedding or styled shoot.
Unpublished Content - I attest that this submission has not been submitted to or published by another digital outlet, and will not be submitted elsewhere unless GWS declines to publish it.
Communication - I have informed all participating parties, and all parties with an interest in this work, of my intent to submit it to GWS for publication.
GWS Exclusivity - If accepted and published by GWS, GWS retains the exclusive right to feature this wedding or styled shoot for 60 days from the date GWS first publishes it.
No Retractions - Once my submission is accepted for publication, I may not require GWS to remove it. GWS may edit, update, or remove any published content at its sole discretion.
