Wellness picks for AprilLast Saturday marked the first day of spring. What does that mean to you? Aside from the weather warming up, we’re seeing green sprouts in the dirt and robin birds nesting. The main theme of spring is rejuvenation! When it comes to wellness, we’re taking a page out of the budding plants’ books, and thinking about replenishment. These springtime wellness products are rooted in renewal!

As our monthly wellness series continues, we’re keeping mental health + physical wellness front of mind. Not trying to call out + blame 2020, but, yeah, that was a rough one! WFH means workouts from home, too! Melissa Wood Health has short pilates videos that really turn things up with the short amount of workout time I have. Grab the free trial; and eventually you’ll want these weighted bangles + resistance bands. The only workout that I’ve ever found to be addicting. -Danielle

Favorite Nutrition Finds: Yerba Mate Drinks + Colorful, Spring Soups

I love these melatonin sleep capsules to help prep my body for a good night’s rest. The suggested dose is two, but I just take one about 30 minutes before bedtime. If I wake up restless, I’ll have the other. Mental health starts with sleep health! – Britt
