With the intention to combine luxury + fashion with a rustic, outdoor feel, the team behind today’s gorgeous faux elopement created an intimate setting filled with lush florals, bohemian attire, deep green hues and touches of gold. Borrowed BLU (who tackled the rentals, styling + florals) teamed up with the amazing Jasmine Star and we love the secret forest vibe they conceptualized + captured. The vignettes were intimate and full of romance and we adore the bride’s ivory chiffon maxi from Show Me Your Mumu. It was the perfect match for the series of beautiful embellished bridal veils and crystal head pieces she wore, courtesy of Olivia Nelson.
To complete the bridal look they were going for, the team added an exposed lace bandeau bra and silk ribbons from Frou Frou Chic draping down the bride’s back. Such a pretty, feminine approach to bridal elopement style.
Love all the ferns used throughout the ceremony site + in the bouquet!
The groom rocked a bow tie custom made by Borrowed BLU + a petit bout made of snowberry + fern.
From team Borrowed BLU , The tablescape inspired by natures finest elements was lush with forest moss and fern, hints of wood, congac leather, fur, and ethereal candle light. We pulled it together with their vintage modern gold flatware, acacia wood dinnerware, gold rimmed stemware, green pressed glassware, and dip-dyed linens…all brand new additions to the BB family! The menu inspired by foraged ingredients provided the perfect blend of fresh berries, nuts, wine, cheese and a grilled entrée of organic root vegetables.
For a few moments of peace + quiet, the couple curled their custom “love” tent. This area was created with the idea that the couple could retreat to this space at any point in time to share an intimate moment together…just the two and no one else.
S’mores are the perfect sub for wedding cake for a forest-y, glamping-inspired elopement!
We just loved the dreamy setting – perfect for an intimate wedding. If you’re planning an elopement this year, tell us a few details about it in the comments section below!

I love the hair in this inspiration. All the styles look effortless and comfortable, but the addition of the beautiful headpieces add elegance. I especially love the addition of the ribbon in the first one!
That dress is exquisite! WOW.
This inspirational shoot is such a breath of fresh air, literally. It wasn’t overworked and I’m still ooing and awing over that first hair style. I love that the table was adorned with something other than flowers and the simplicity of the tent. This was a stunner.

Gorgeous shoot, really fantastic venue!
Great inspiration shoot. The photographer does amazing work. I like the simplicity as well, and love all the lace used in the different dresses on the bride. I like the little tent too, that is cute! Makes me want to get married all over again, just a sweet and romantic setting.
Amazing shoot, but I’m really in love with the large golden floral comb pictured with the fishtail braid. If this is indeed the “Anglea” comb, as listed, where can I find it?? I’ve scoured the internet as well as Olivia Nelson’s site. Please, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
