Yellowstone Stars Ryan Bingham and Hassie Harrison’s Cowboy Black-Tie Wedding

Hassie Harrison Ryan Bingham from Yellowstone Western Wedding

Yellowstone costars Ryan Bingham and Hassie Harrison have officially tied the knot!

The “Cowboy Black-Tie” wedding was held at the Harrison family home in Dallas and was inspired by Western themes and echoed their characters from Yellowstone.

Ryan has starred on Yellowstone since season 1 as bad-boy-turned-ranch-hand Walker, while Hassie joined the Western’s third season as the spitfire barrel racer, Laramie. Although they may have first met on the show, Hassie credits her mom with being the one to bring them together.

Hassie shares, “My mom and Ryan met by chance through a mutual friend at a charity event in Dallas during a production break. I wasn’t there, but it just happened to be during a time when both Ryan and I were transitioning into new chapters of our lives,” Harrison recalled. “They got to talking and discovered just how many Texas-based friends and acquaintances we had in common — so sensing an opportunity, she encouraged Ryan to give me a call.”

And the timing couldn’t have been better! When it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be. :)

From the get-go, the couple knew their wedding had to be at Hassie’s family home in Dallas. They aimed to create a celebration that was not only private and intimate but also a vibrant reflection of their shared Texan roots. Let’s take a look at these stunning photos by The Brothers Martens.

The Welcome Dinner

Western Welcome Dinner Napkins

The day before the wedding, Ryan + Hassie hosted a “cowboy cocktail welcome night” with friends and family at the Crescent Club in Downtown Dallas. They turned the club into an old-time Western bar complete with a mariachi band, Texas wildflowers, and DJ.

Hassie Harrison Galia Lahav Wedding Dress

Hassie wore the MAYA gown from Galia Lahav. She immediately loved the heavy lace detailing & intricate beading: “It was the one the second I tried it on,” she remembers. “My sister Caroline insisted over and over again that I had to walk down the aisle in it.”

The Elegant Backyard Ceremony

Backyard Florals for Wedding

Backyard turned into an elegant wedding space!

Ryan + Hassie had a solid feel for the atmosphere they wanted, but turning that vision into reality was another matter. For the design, they turned to family friend Nathan Johnson from GRŌ designs. Hassie shared, “I knew I wanted Western, but it had to be elegant Western, with tones of worn leather, delicate lace, and a soft, blush color palette. Nathan, knowing me for as long as he has, was incredible at this. He intuitively knew which options to present that not only met our vision but elevated it. Honestly, he shaped my dream wedding better than I could have ever imagined.

From Hassie, “I was blown away with how Nathan and his team at GRŌ Designs completely transformed my childhood backyard into a cathedral-like chapel with glass-style walls and ceiling. The suspended floral arrangement anchoring the altar was breathtaking.”

Hassie Harrison Ryan Bingham Wedding First Dance

Their first dance was to an original song written by Ryan that is very special to them called “Automated.”

Hassie shared with Vogue about the backdrop, “The stage backdrop’s live greenery wall was filled with custom signs that perfectly reflected both Ryan’s and my mutual love for our western roots. Our favorite parts, though, were the little personal touches, such as the first ever Bingham’s Bourbon neon and the phrase “Live the Best of This Life,” which were some of the first words Ryan and I shared.

As the reception was ending, Hassie changed into a shorter look by Netta BenShabu, paired with white boots and cowboy hat. Perfect for more late-night dancing – and yes, the couple even joined the band for a song!
