Yesterday we shared some stunning wedding inspiration that would be perfect for a Valentine’s Day wedding with an industrial twist. Today’s beautiful editorial is more along the lines of traditional (but still so creative) with a pretty red + pink palette, stunning florals + the sweetest of love notes. The stylists at Tart Event Co. worked with Janie Medley Flora Design + photographer, Love by Serena to bring this lovely scene to life. While it couldn’t be better inspiration for a V-Day wedding, we’re also sure it would work beautifully for a romantic celebration for any time of the year!
Janie tells us, Our inspiration for the shoot came from the meticulously handwritten piece by Laura Hooper. The beautiful scroll held heartfelt wedding vows that would be shared on this bride-to-be’s wedding day. The scroll is placed on the wall and, as she begins to read it, she gently traces her finger along the lettering. She anticipates the moment; her moment when she stands alongside her soul mate in front of that scroll, filled with the vows that will be cherished for a lifetime.
We can see exactly why they were so inspired by that handwritten piece!
And we’re in love with the bouquet Janie Medley Flora Design put together for this shoot. Aren’t those just the prettiest red garden roses?!
This tablescape is such good inspiration for a sweetheart table with a little drama. We’re all about its lush feel + sweet details.
Loving that flower crown!

Flower crown – I think I’m in love with your creativity!
So breathtaking! Love the shots and can;t get over how you’ve made the most simplistic style look better then anything “fancy” that i’ve ever seen! – Juliet
So gorgeous! Yes, the flowers for sure – but I actually mean her hair! I love short hair on brides – it always looks so chic. Hope to see more elegant brides with pixie cuts out there!
A beautiful look, simple, understated and breathtaking. There’s an awful lot to like.
