We’re totally into the idea of infusing bright colors into your fall wedding! Preppy pinks, reds + greens? We say bring it on. And the team behind the fun editorial you’re about to see – led by Brklyn View Photography + HANALULU CO. – used color + chic details in some really creative ways that we think you’re going to love. One of our fave things about this shoot is that it can so easily translate to other wedding (or non-wedding) related events. A preppy, equestrian-themed engagement party, bridal shower, birthday party, (enter just about any event type here)? Yes please!
From Jainé of Brklyn View: For our inspiration shoot, we wanted to show how you can have a fall wedding that is fun, colorful and chic. To give us some initial direction, we fell hard for the rich pinks in the berry color family and for all things preppy. We knew from the get-go that topiaries, metal trophies, and show ribbons were a must! It was truly a match made in heaven when we discovered that Octavia & Brown had all the fun rental pieces we dreamt of including a Topiary covered table that became the center of our tablescape. And once we found the Tulipe gown from Winifred Bean, it perfectly set the tone for our english inspired, fall themed, preppy styled shoot.
The florals by Blush Designs definitely fit with the clean-lined, preppy vibe of the shoot. So pretty!

The beautiful flowers were created by Blush Designs. The rich fall hues inspiration was seen throughout each floral arrangement from the brides stunning bouquet, the groom’s boutonniere and the vibrant table displays. Blush used grosgrain striped ribbons to tie the brides and bridesmaids bouquets giving them the perfect preppy touch. The topiary table from Octavia & Brown, was the inspiration for the centerpiece displays. Blush created each topiary ball to achieve a sense of whimsy and fun on the table. Small accents of trophies filled with pink and raspberry blooms were the perfect pops of color to our pretty tablescape.
HANALULU CO. nailed it with this preppy tablescape, right?
