As soon as this colorful editorial popped into our inbox, we couldn’t help but notice it melded together some of our most favorite things. Punchy hues, tropical blooms, playful patterns and this awe-inspiring vibe of Palm Beach meets California (with a little Kate Spade meets – dare we say – Barbie thrown in for good measure). A result of the work of Selena Marie Events, who teamed up with Anna Delores Photography + Margaret Joan Florals to breathe life into her creative vision of a Hollywood Regency slash Palm Beach Prep wedding.
Below you’ll find fun frocks, pink pineapples, palm print textiles + plenty of pretty scattered throughout. But the best part of all is that this project totally backs up our belief that a wedding can balk tradition and still be beautiful. Who’s with us?!
We couldn’t love this invite suite more – a custom Retro Botanical set by Black Lab Studio.
The ‘bridal party’ wore fun and flirty Lilly Pulitzer and Kate Spade dresses from Rent the Runway. Love the colors!
Loving the bar set up; a mid-century modern piece, gilded stools, and vintage brass bar car cart (supplied by Vintage Favorites). The scene was made better by a fun, hand-painted sign by Fanciful Designs. And we can’t forget the yummy-looking drinks, either, each adorned with custom escort card stir stick by Bracket.
A luxurious bouquet made of phalaenopsis orchids and tropical foliage? Love!
It’s safe to say you’re loving this tablescape as much as we are, right? Get the look (which would also be so fun for a bridal shower or post-wedding day brunch) in our shopping guide below!

Obsessed with this palm print backdrop! It was created by Fanciful Designs to resemble the wallpaper at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Gen-ius!
A huge thanks to the talented team below for sharing their beautiful work with us today!

I’m enthralled with the table setting – formal, yet comfortable and so colorful! I can actually hear the Beach Boys singing Kokomo in the background.
