In case you can’t make it to Morocco in the near future, today’s brunch is bringing it to you! Manda of Mae and Co Creative wanted to create an event where industry professionals could come together, take a break, and just hang out…a time to mingle and feel restored during all the busyness of the season.
From the family-style tables to the pampas grass to the extremely textured hanging installations, each + every design element is iconic. Invite all your best babes to this Moroccan dream; with a focus on community, heaps of finger food, and gorgeous design—we simply can’t get enough and we have a feeling you won’t be able to either.
Hellooooo, neutral + rose gold hues!
Manda tells us: Babes Brunch is a very special non-profit event held for all creative women who crave a little time dedicated solely to themselves. We create a beautifully designed space and a welcoming community that focuses on celebrating and loving the women that work so hard and give so much of their time to their jobs, family and friends.
Savour and Graze provided all the finger foods and guests were encouraged to eat with their hands. There’s something so fun about that, isn’t there?
The team put together two long tables together and in lieu of a traditional centerpiece they had food!
The Floral Installation
When it came to the florals, Revel Petals was all about texture, texture, and more texture. One of the biggest tips we can give you is when you’re working with a tonal color palette (like here, and keeping everything neutral), is to play with different textures to add more dimension.
We also put together a HUGE lounge space with rentals from Classic Vintage for our girls to relax in and chat about their crazy year and exciting plans ahead.
Chic, brimming with cool textures, and a look you can totally bring in to your home! Here are a few of our faves to achieve a similar look:
They even had a sweet pamper yourself station to create a DIY sugar scrub. Love this!!
Cheers to the hard working babes out there! This one is for you. :)
