Moody Valentine’s Day Elopement Inspiration

Valentine’s Day is just two days away, which means – sadly – our week of love is coming to a close. (Wait, who are we kidding? Every week we celebrate love around here – and we also have some fun features lined up for this weekend!) But to get in an even more romantic mood, we thought we’d share this dreamy editorial filled with lovely florals and a gorgeous palette.

The photographer shares, The inspiration behind this editorial was deep and passionate romance, brought together with a deep red color palette perfect for two lovers on Valentine’s day. We picked a secluded little park nestled in the side of a mountain to evoke a feeling of intimacy; a peaceful and romantic place fit for an elopement. Aubriana of The Bloomery Co brought in florals of deep reds and purples, with Christina of Makeup By Quis complementing the tones with a luscious red lip on the bride.

Keeping with the moody yet modern tone of the shoot, our tablescape featured the deep florals with accents of black, gold, and fun floral patterned plates.
