If there’s one thing we know for sure it’s that today’s bride is looking for a unique and beautiful wedding dress. The creative team behind the shoot we’re sharing today just so happened to be thinking the exact same thing. (Great minds think alike, right?!) They were ALL about breaking the norm + showcasing not one, but two incredible wedding dress options! And they’re both BLUE.
Planned by Harmony Creative Studio + captured by Studio Castillero, the team transformed the space at Temecula Creek Inn into a modern + romantic nautical-inspired environment, perfect for a wedding with ocean influence + pretty blue dresses…
The first dress, for the dramatic bride, was a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind work of art from Rmine in Studio City. Painted by hand, this dress has the drama of the rolling ocean and the lightness of salt air. So very beautiful! Are any brides-to-be out there wearing blue?!
The next dress, for the trendy bride, was a fun and flirty dress from the 2014 H&M Conscious Collection. We love the navy jacquard + hi-lo hemline!
Margaux of Harmony Harmony Creative Studio shares, For the ceremony, we wanted to show the venue in a little different light, so instead of using the larger lawn we held our ceremony right in front of the house. Using a mix of pretty benches and chairs from Abbey’s Party Rentals in Temecula, and lining our aisle with different woven baskets, it felt intimate and special.
The ceremony backdrop was a wonderful collaboration between both my former and current studio partners, and myself. The seaweed paper sheets were handmade by Jessica from Bramble Workshop, I designed the backdrop and laid out the overlapping pattern, and Crystal from Heirloom Design House painstakingly sewed the pieces together like a paper quilt. The result was at the same time modern, delicate and beautiful.
Heirloom Design House created all the pretty florals for the shoot, including the pretty bouquets you were probably swooning over a few seconds ago! We are loving this peony + anemone centerpiece!
In love with all the shibori table details!
