Vintage, glam, rustic, whimsical – seriously we love it all. And today’s mid-century modern styled editorial is definitely speaking our language. The team (led by Ellie Koleen Photography + Drops Of Honey Designs) shot at Historic Seven Sycamores in Ivanhoe, California. The space was originally a citrus packing house built in the 1930’s and the vintage windows were brought in from an old school house when it was remodeled to become a wedding venue. Pretty awesome, right?
We love the long-sleeved dress by Houghton (from The Dress Theory) + the desert-inspired florals by Brown Bunny Flowers were such a perfect fit for this design-centric shoot. So, couples who hope to capture a bit of this fun era for their big day be sure to take a few notes + pin a few ideas. They just might come in handy later!
Loving all the different types of greenery seen in the bride’s bouquet!
And these two shots are our very favorites!
Mmm, doesn’t an orange moscow mule sound delish? (and you can shop our favorite Moscow Mule mugs here!)

Love the gold geometric chest plate necklace in this…where’s it from??
@Erin Basey the geometric necklace is from Forever 21 :)
Bret and I were married there last year! LOVE the venue, so proud of what it’s become. Link is to photos of our day.
The green works so well with warm gold and copper tones, really lovely!
