The Loft on PineĀ inĀ Long Beach, California is one of our very favorite venues and we’re pretty sure that Leigh + Matt’s magical wedding is about to reveal why. The space is vast with rad architectural details, ready for couples to bring in their own personal style + create a day that’s reflective of them. L + M worked withĀ Bash PleaseĀ +Ā Moon Canyon, so it’s safe to say the details + florals we’re crazy good. But aside from the amazing design elementsĀ that made this wedding unique, the bride + groom wanted their focus to be on creatingĀ a fun, memorable night shared with all their loved ones. Here’s more about that from Leigh:
We wanted to make it as much of a celebration as possible and we did that the best possible way we knew how. The biggest part of that was sharing our love with our family and friends. We wanted to spend as much time with them as possible throughout the whole event which even meant attending much of our cocktail hour. Another special touch was having a family style dinner. We both grew up eating with family and friends this way so we knew this would be special to incorporate this into our celebration. It was such a great feeling to hear our friends and family had just as a fantastic time as we did and that they felt this celebration truly represented who we are as a couple.
Thanks so much toĀ Hugh ForteĀ for the amazing images andĀ congrats toĀ Leigh + Matt on a gorgeous day!
Leigh wore anĀ Ivy & AsterĀ dressĀ fromĀ Lovely Bride LAĀ with sky highĀ Steve MaddenĀ heels.
We love Matt’s suit fromĀ Klein Epstein & Parker. (And fun secret embroidered message below!)
The bridesmaids each hand-picked a floral print dress that were hand-picked by each bridesmaid with no dress beingĀ from the same designer! They go together so well, don’t you think? I like that the bridesmaid’s dresses are printed and that one of their songs was The Black Keys! Any couple that chooses The Back Keys is a pair after my own heart!
