Would you ever have guessed that the classic fairytale, Little Red Riding Hood, would be the perfect premise for some very pretty wedding inspiration? We’re not sure we would have, but we’re so glad that the Couture Events girls decided to think extra creatively for this editorial! Teaming up with Joielala + Leaf it to Lexi, they staged an enchanting scene at the Del Mar Country Club in Del Mar, California. The natural deep green hues of the venue allowed for the perfect forest backdrop behind Little Red Riding Hood herself. But, let’s face it, that delicately draped hooded cape is waaaay prettier than we remember it looking in the fable! And it’s the perfect piece to add a little boho-glamour to any bridal look.

The tablescape helped tell the Little Red Riding Hood tale with dreamy, storybook details like wooden candles, an airy, red runner, ethereal florals + silver vessels.

Everything about this photo shoot is gorgeous! The couple, the scenery, the flowers, and the little details all combine to make a beautiful shoot. My favorite thing is how both the bright shades and deep shades of red work together to really make the greenery pop! The jeweled cape is also a really great touch. So delicate and pretty, just like the aura of Little Red herself!!
This fairy tale story absolutely turned into the fairy tale wedding shoot! Every detail of this ensemble has been thought out and executed. My favorite touch is the miniature pie…too cute and tasty! The dark red and forest green mesh perfectly as the hints of purple bring everything together at this breathtaking location. Three thumbs up (if that’s even possible)!!! :)
