Megan + Logan were married at Megan’s family cabin in Longbranch, Washington. I just love Megan’s short wedding dress, their handmade beer bar (wait until you see it!) and the mix of traditional elements with fun new elements (like a surprise scotch + cigar bar!) that were a true reflection of them as a couple. And wow, the beautiful artistic wedding photos by One Love Photography truly captured their gorgeous day!
Most memorable moment of your wedding day?
When we told each other the 5 things we loved about each other that we had written. We kept them secret from each other so it was very emotionally hearing them and it was great having the guests be able to hear our sincere love for each other.
How cool is their handmade beer bar?! Just love it – and I know my hubby would have loved to have one of these at our wedding!
Our favorite moment during the reception?
We made a giant pyramid on the dance floor of over 30 adults and kids! Logan and I were on the top of the pyramid. It was so fun!
Any advice for those planning now?
Enjoy the process more. The day is only 6 hours long and gone in a blink of an eye – I wish I would have lived in the moment more.
I always thought I would have a crazy non-traditional wedding. I decided throughout the process that keeping some traditional things are just as amazing as bringing new ideas to the day. The mixture of the two made the day perfect…and was perfect for Logan and me.
