I know a lot of you out there planning bridal showers for your besties, so we’ve put together some fun bridal shower ideas with inspiration from one of our favorite stores, Kate Spade New York!
Throw a Kate Spade Inspired Bridal Shower!
Decor: When I think Kate Spade, I think bold stripes + polka dots. So, for bridal shower decor I used a base palette of black + white showcased in stripes + polka dots to make it clearly Kate Spade. This polka dot Kate Spade pom pom set (top right) is perfect to display above the food table. And how about these larabee road black tidbit plates?? They’re just perfect for snacks! Oh, be sure to share the shower news with this sweet umbrella shower invite (top left).
Then, since every good party needs some color, I incorporated pops of bright pink, yellow + blue. Peonies, are a personal fave and a great way to add color, I suggest placing pink peonies into our favorite bud vase and setting them throughout your venue.
Serve: Our bridal shower is all about our favorite meal – brunch – but with a twist….donuts + champagne instead of a traditional menu. I’m a huge fan of the artisan donuts that are so popular now – and with flavors such as Nutella, Blood Orange, Maple Bacon, and Salted Chocolate Caramel who wouldn’t love these! Pair the yummy donuts with champagne served in pretty flutes. So easy and so yum! Oh, and these wine tags are super helpful to keep everyone’s flute straight. :)
Fashion: The Hope dress (bottom right) is super perfect for a brunch bridal shower. I’d recommend pairing it with the Yes necklace and the striped heels (bottom middle) for the perfect shower look. Bonus – these pieces will come in handy long after the bridal shower is over.
Gift Guide: At a bridal shower everyone from the bride to the guests must consider the gifts. If you’re the bride, you need to make sure your guests know what you need and, perhaps more importantly, that they understand your personal style. For guests, it’s always fun to find gifts for the bride that are stylish and really appreciated by the bride. I think Kate Spade can help out both the brides and their guests.
